Installing and configuring the app

Follow these steps to install and configure Cycle Time, Lead Time & Time in Status Charts in your Jira instance:

1. Go to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/2194903109/cycle-time-lead-time-time-in-status-charts-for-agile?hosting=cloud&tab=overview&utm_source=documentation&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=Installing_configuring_the_app and log in with your Jira admin account.

2. Click Try it free to start the installation process.

3. Select the Atlassian site where you want to install the app.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Complete the post-install configuration:

5. (Optional) Enable data residency. For details, see: Data Residency .

6. If your Jira Cloud instance uses IP allowlists, add the app IP addresses to your allowlists. For more information, see Technical Notes | IP Allowlisting.
