From Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud
When migrating Great Gadgets from Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud, you can choose between two migration methods:
🪄 Automated migration with JCMA (Recommended)

This is the recommended migration method if you are using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) to migrate your Jira data.
Great Gadgets gadgets and their configurations are migrated automatically as part of the JCMA migration process, significantly reducing the need for manual reconfiguration.
Recommended when:

You are using JCMA to migrate your Jira data.

You have many dashboards and gadgets to migrate.

You want to minimize manual reconfiguration.

This method does not use automated migration tools. The Great Gadgets gadgets and their configurations must be manually recreated in Jira Cloud.
Recommended when:

You are not using JCMA.
